Crazy hard fell run up to the reservoir from Dolgarrog in driving rain. Up over the top of the ridge and then back down into Treffriw with another climb towards the end.

Hard work. Moved up into 2nd place overall. Full body cramps towards the end had me face down on the floor though so I lost some times to those behind.
